Exchange & Return Policy – Tech Stop Now

At Tech Stop Now, customer satisfaction is our priority. We currently do not offer refunds. However, we provide a simple exchange process under the following conditions:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item within 7 days of delivery.
• You may also request an exchange for a different size or color within 7 days, subject to product availability.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
